In terms of difficulty I would probably play normal if solo. I played it 2p and you can difinitely see it's made for 3p (or 2), for example there's usually a lot of smaller enemies that keeps spawning during the boss fights. * Gear loot or gear crafting resources from regular enemies and elite enemies. * Bigger semi open worlds, now it's just a path The core of the game is really good but it could have been so much better. And to just clear the path to get to the next area, dungeon or main boss. Imo it's diasappointing killing enemies, discovering and looting in the semi open world and in dungeons as there's not that much loot, the main reason is to loot iron and better metals to upgrade your weapons and armor pieces. A lot of the weapons are cool though and it's good that you don't just use a regular gun all through as that would be boring. Then you can't buy or craft new ones apart from the ones you can craft after killing bosses. You start with you class weapons and then you can buy the starting weapons from the other classes. The weapons and armors loot and overall progression over the game are overall a disappointment. Though it gives you more reason to replay the game which is definitely something you would do if you enjoyed your first playthrough. Especially since the game is very short, around 15h if even that. It's also very nice that the semi open world and dungeons are different for each save, though I don't know if I like that you don't get all bosses in each save. They are generelly quite different from each other and gives you a different challenge and makes you do unique things/gameplan each time. There's definitely a geat difference in difficulty between the bosses, which is good imo. The shooting and the gameplay is good and suits and contributes a lot to the feeling of the game. Seriously doubt the developers read many of these posts though.I really enjoyed this game. We've been through the blue door but we haven't been through the green door yet. Game needs better maps or at the very least, make each door to each section a different color or something. Unfortunately we don't have that sort of time and can only play for a few hours a week if we're lucky. I think it would be less confusing if you sit a play this game straight through in long sessions. That wasn't the first time in this game where me and my wife walked into somewhere and we said, wait a minute, we've been here before. It makes the game seem more repetitive IMO. I don't see how they could be so lazy with the game design. Believed I walked in there before and it's the exact same layout as the other dungeon I mentioned (Iron Rift). As you head south through the gate where the vendor is, you just go right. Where is this dungeon in relation to the Iron Rift?Įdit: Played some more right after posting this and found it. We beat the Scourge and thought that was the world boss but it was not. Me and the wife are playing together and cannot find the world boss at all. The dungeon with the world boss should be due west from that gate, again, on the southern side of it.įor reference, the other WP in the area (name varies as it can generate more than one place in there) is on the other side of the gate, the one you should not be on when looking for the entrance to the dungeon with the world boss.ĮDIT: Also, the entrance is typically after a sharp decline so you might not get an icon until you get close enough, but it should be one of those wide pyramid complexes IIRC. You do NOT need to open it though, that entire section is skippable. This is the gate that you would open if you cleared the dungeon that is generated in the south eastern corner of the map. Keep heading north until you find a gate. From the entrance to the area where you get there originally and the mentioned WP, you should take the path north when it becomes available, which typically leads through an old building and some narrow bridges. While maps do indeed change details, there are multiple regularities to them that always happen.įor the world boss, it should be a dungeon on the 2nd Rhom map (Scouring Wastes WP I believe).
